CHC is a non-profit provider for Snohomish county residents. CHC provides affordable primary healthcare services as well as medical, walk-in medical, dental, and pharmacy services. CHC accepts patients using Apple Health, Medicaid and Qualified Health Plans (QHP). Providence – Express Care/Urgent Care Services

Emergency Care
The following resources will help you find an emergency room (ER) near you. If you need emergency medical care do not hesitate to have someone take you to an ER or call 911 to have an ambulance drive you to the ER. Dial 911 on your phone and describe your medical emergency in English or tell them you need a translator for Dari or Pashto. You do not need an appointment for an ER.

The Snohomish County website has a comprehensive list of behavioral health resources available, including crisis services and programs for both adults and children. Most behavioral health providers in Snohomish County have Open Access (walk-in hours). You can call 211 for additional information; 2-1-1 is the first point of contact for behavioral health services in Snohomish County.
If you are suicidal and need help now, call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: 1-800-273-8255 or simply 988, both phone numbers will route to the same hotline. Although many services are available only in English, responders have access to provide support in over 250 languages.

Apple Health/United Healthcare
Apple Health offers coverage for mental health counseling and substance use disorder treatment. It is important to talk to your PCP (primary care physician) about any behavioral health concerns you have. Your PCP can then refer you to a behavioral health provider, hospital or substance use treatment that is in-network for Apple Health/United Healthcare. You don’t need a referral from your PCP to see behavioral health specialists in your plan or to access drug and treatment services, but some services do require pre-approval before you can get them. Compass Health provides comprehensive mental health services in Snohomish County. Fill out an online referral form or call the access department at 425-349-8200 to access services. If you plan to participate in a telehealth appointment (online, not in-person), you will have to fill out pre-assessment forms. The Access Department will then contact you to schedule an appointment. Locating optometrist services that your insurance provider covers can be complicated. If you are unsure about where to go to access eye/vision care, talk to your primary care provider. They can recommend or refer optometrists to you based on your insurance coverage.
Apple Care/United Health provides vision coverage through MARCH Vision Care. The website allows users to find providers near them by selecting their state and health plan. Washington residents would select “Washington” and “UnitedHealthcare Community Plan”, as shown in the screenshot below, then click ‘NEXT’:
They will then be taken to a webpage with a ‘DISTANCE SEARCH’ function, where users can type in their zip code and how far they are willing to travel. Sea Mar Community Health Services
Sea Mar offers comprehensive health services in Western Washington. They offer Maternity Support Services (MSS) at their clinics in Everett, Marysville, and Monroe. MSS is covered under Washington Apple Health (Medicaid). All clients who are eligible for Medicaid and have a Provider One Service Card qualify for MSS services. Sea Mar also offers a Women, Infants, Children (WIC) Nutrition Program at the Lynnwood clinic. WIC is a supplemental food and nutrition/breastfeeding education program that helps pregnant women, new mothers and young children eat well, learn about nutrition and breastfeeding and stay healthy.
